Recently I completed my final year of university, I have never experienced such intense stress before this. The day before submission I had what I now know was a panic attack and collapsed from the stress. At the time, it felt like the world was ending. Though it was some months ago, I still feel the effects of fear, that it might happen again. For me praying helps me feel less alone, with the support of my friends and family I take life one day at a time. Every now and then I get the strangest feeling, that everything is going to work out in the end. The design itself uses imagery of Atlas a symbol of endurance, often I feel I have to tackle everything on my own, but knowing there is always help out there, puts my mind at ease.
