Our returns policy is very simple - we will accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund, store credit or exchange. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to us.

To begin the returns process, please download our Returns Form in the Returns & Exchanges section. You will need your order number along with the email you used when making your purchase. Please fill out the form and follow the directions to make your return.

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must have all original Tilted East tags still attached.
  • Any products purchased in our sale can not be returned.

Tshirt is amazing quality and looks incredible too, as it did on the website. The person running the Instagram account was super helpful too, I first bought the tshirt in size small after seeing it was sold out in medium and I didn’t want to miss out on the tee. I contacted them to enquire about when the T-shirt would be restocked in medium, and explained my situation and the person offered to contact me when it came back into stock and also helped me cancel my initial order so I could instead get my preferred size. After a short wait the person contacted me personally to let me know the T-shirt had been restocked and I ordered it and it arrived in a few days. I am super appreciative of this service, as well as the messages the store tried to promote through their prints on the clothing, and so will definitely be buying from this website again. Thanks :)
